Trivandrum International Airport

Trivandrum International Airport is located in Thiruvanathapuram city of Kerala India. It is the second largest and busiest airport of Kerala. It was the first international airport in a non- metro city in India. The airport is located about 4 km from the city center. Trivandrum International Airport was established in 1932 as a part of the Royal Flying Club.

There are three terminals, Terminal 1 and 2 serving solely domestic flights The domestic terminal has an area of 9,200 meter square and third terminal for international flights. These terminals are spread over an area of 2,880 acres.Trivandrum Airport also caters to the Indian Air Force (IAF) and the Coast Guard for their strategic operations.
