Hotel Horizon is 3 Star Hotel located in down-town area of Trivandrum in Kerala . Hotel Horizon was Started by Electricity Minister Shri. R. Balakrishna Pillai on March 31st, 1985 and moved on to achieve ‘Three Star’ Accreditation in 1986.
