It was in the early part of the 20th century that the freedom struggle gripped Kerala more strongly than any other region in the country. Shri Rahman plunged into the freedom movement in the early twenties. His two-storeyed house at Eriad village near Kodungallore, with a central courtyard is now going to be turned into a ‘Museum of the Freedom Struggle.’ The museum will celebrate the sacrifices and achievements of the unsung heroes of the Freedom Movement.
